WHO ARE THEY?

They are primarily instructed to deal with high value catastrophic personal injury claims, clinical negligence matters, heavy commercial bills and group litigation. They also have a dedicated team that deals with the enforcement aspect where costs payments that have been agreed have not been received within the specified timeframe.
