Billinge Football Club is delighted to announce that 234 Branch Unite The Union has kindly agreed to be sponsors of our change kit.

Unite the Union, commonly known as Unite, is a British and Irish trade union, formed in May 2007, by the merger of Amicus and the Transport and General Workers' Union. With over 1.2 million members, it is the second-largest trade union in the UK with Len McCluskey the General Secretary.
234 Branch represents workers in the automotive industry as their Convenor Tim Robinson explains:

"The Unite the union NW234 branch has for many years successfully represented all Automotive logistics workers, often in the face of adversity and what would sometimes be perceived as an insurmountable challenge, and just like the young footballers of Billinge FC their strength has been born through solidarity and working together to seek a common goal. Hopefully with this support from branch members they can score many victories on their road to success."

Here at The Storks we are honoured to wear the kit that carries 234 Branch's logo as we travel around the Cheshire Football League and beyond.
The club is going through a transitional stage at the moment with many exciting developments on the horizon.
We are aware that we have many challenges ahead but if we embrace all the ideals and values that 234 Branch Unite The Union carry such as unity, equality, solidarity and fight then we will achieve these goals.

As well as the 234 Branch Unite The Union logo being displayed on our shirts it will also feature on our stationery, mail-outs, website and throughout our social media channels.
With more big news to be announced in the next 14 days we feel this is a great time to be involved in Billinge Football Club for all sponsors, management, board, spectators and players.
