The weather conditions were testing on this very hot September Saturday but the Billinge rearguard of Ant Farrell, Jay Parkin, Geoff Parr and Ant Higgins - playing with a new found confidence - didn't give anything away for the first 45 minutes with Tom Hull virtually a spectator.
While at the other end Rob Abblewhite slotted two fine goals to take Billinge in 0-2 at half-time.
Styal came at Billinge in the second-half but the energy and determination of Jordan Farrell and Joe Ratcliffe bolstered by the power and experience of captain Joe Unsworth made it difficult for the opposition.
Dan Hague and Joe Ashall raiding down both flanks increased the chances again for Ablewhite up front who got free again to slot through the goalie's legs into the goal for his and Billinge's third.
Unexpectedly Styal scored making it 3-1.
The unusually hot weather was taking its toll on Jordan Farrell and Ratcliffe so substitute Billy Longshaw rolled on and off to give them a much deserved break.
This freshened things up for Longshaw to slot a ball through for star striker Ablewhite to score his fourth goal.
Styal scored again late on but Billinge cantered home winning 4-2 taking the Billinge outfit to fourth in the reserve league.
MOM: For his masterclass in finishing Rob Ablewhite.
