Reserves Getting Stronger

Billinge Reserves made a much better showing and will feel they should have got more from the game.

Goals from Joe Ratcliffe and Tim O'Connor were not enough to prevent defeat against and organised Ormskirk FC team that ply their trade in the Wigan AFL division 3.

Graeme Simpson and Ryan Sephton both had 1v1's saved and Billinge where again punished from two set pieces.

Against Clay Brow Billinge conceded all three goals from set plays so it is something that the club will be working on in training.

Again though a negative result the performance was positive and Liam Roughley shone as he continues his late return to preseason training.

Next up for Billinge is another tough test v Sidac Social on Saturday afternoon
